The firm
Meet Amanda Taraborelli, CPA
Behind every client relationship is a simple belief: good tax advice begins long before a return is filed.
Amanda Taraborelli founded Manada Tax Service to create the kind of CPA practice she believed clients deserved — one built on thoughtful planning, personal relationships, and year-round guidance.
A Certified Public Accountant and Summa Cum Laude graduate of Elizabethtown College, Amanda began her career in corporate accounting with Armstrong World Industries before establishing Manada Tax Service in 2015. Growing up on a horse farm in Dauphin County taught her the value of preparation, patience, and doing things the right way. Those same principles continue to shape the firm’s philosophy today.
Rather than building the largest accounting practice possible, Amanda intentionally serves a limited number of clients so every engagement receives thoughtful attention throughout the year. When clients call, they’re speaking directly with the CPA who knows their history, understands their goals, and has already been thinking about the next decision.
Amanda is supported by Elaine Kohr, whose decades of small business experience and commitment to exceptional client service help ensure every client feels welcomed and cared for from the very first conversation.

Known around the office as our “Office Mom.”
Elaine brings 36 years of small business ownership to the front desk at Manada Tax Service. Her deep familiarity with the direct sales industry — and the sales and income tax reporting requirements that come with it — makes her a valuable resource for clients navigating that world.
Before her direct sales career, Elaine owned and operated a boarding and rehabilitation facility for Thoroughbred racehorses, an enterprise that demanded the same attention to detail and steady judgment she brings to the firm today.
She works alongside her daughter, Amanda Taraborelli, during tax season and genuinely enjoys getting to know every client who walks through the door. Elaine lives in Grantville, Pennsylvania with her husband, George, and their cats.
